Upon purchasing from our store, you understand and agree to the following:

• The products sold are preorder items, and therefore will be produced and distributed after pre-orders close. Production will tentatively take about 2 months before shipping can begin, unless stated otherwise through our social media, which are linked HERE.
• Images seen in this store are mock-ups only and may differ from the actual product in scale and presentation.
• This is an unofficial fan-run project and is in no way associated with Haikyuu!! and its affiliates.
• The products from this project are for personal use only and not for commercial use.
• It is prohibited to copy and/or distribute any of the works within this project.
• Our companion book, Lovers: An Erotic Anthology, is only intended for an adult audience. By purchasing the companion book you understand that you are claiming to be 18 years of age or older.
• You cannot hold the anthology moderators or contributors accountable if there are any repercussions for not heeding the established rules and guidelines. 

The Partners: A Kuroken Timeskip Anthology team reserve the right to cancel and refund orders if the terms and conditions are not read and followed.

 

━ SHIPPING & DELIVERY━

Physical Anthology:

Packaging:

• Only the SFW anthology has a physical format.
• Items will be packaged appropriately in padded envelopes and other packaging material to minimize damage such as bending and scuffing. 

Shipping: 

• The physical anthology and its accompanying products will be shipped from the US. 
• Due to uncertainties with postal carriers, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but all orders will include a tracking number. 
• The buyer is responsible for any customs or taxes that may apply to their package. 

Buyers located in VAT-collecting countries (e.g., the UK) will have to pay the import VAT at the time of import, which is also known as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

• In this scenario, the import VAT may be first paid by the shipping carrier or customs agent on behalf of the buyer, in addition to any customs brokerage fees.
• They will then bill the buyer and release the goods once paid.
• If the buyer refuses to pay the bill, then the goods may be returned to the merchant.

Buyers will have the opportunity to formally update their shipping information prior to the shipping period commencing. All updates will be posted to social media.

• Please keep in mind that address changes after the given deadline (TBA) may or may not have the ability to be honored without additional fees and/or postage.

 

Digital Anthology:

• Both the SFW and NSFW anthologies can be bought in digital PDF formats. 
• A link to PDF copies of digital anthologies purchased will be emailed to the email address provided with your order AFTER all physical orders have been shipped.
• The PDFs are for personal use only and not for distribution.

 

━ REFUNDS & RETURNS ━

Partners: A Kuroken Timeskip Anthology will be responsible for refunding:

• Orders that are lost due to organizer negligence in labeling the package (e.g. address on label does not match address on order).
• Orders that are damaged or incorrect due to organizer negligence in packaging.

Partners: A Kuroken Timeskip Anthology will NOT be responsible for refunding:

• Orders that are lost due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses by buyer. Please check that your address and information are entered correctly during checkout, and please contact us BEFORE we ship out orders if you need to change shipping address for any reason.
• Orders that are damaged during shipment or through shipping carrier negligence and mishandling (e.g. packages bent to fit in mailboxes, left out in the rain by carriers, other external damage to the packaging resulting in damages to the contents)

In the event an order is returned to us due to a postal issue, the buyer has the option to have it reshipped to them if they once again pay the shipping fee. If they'd rather cancel it, we will only refund the value of the product.
